OUR DELIVERED PROJECTS :

We are having a credit of handling of three projects of Group Housing Society comprising over 800 dwelling units with entire satisfaction of allotiees, that too within stipulated time frame.

These group housing societies are now a land mark, commonly known as Alok Vihar. They are the part of Block F-3, Block F-4, and Block F-6 Sector 50 ,Noida. The Approximate value of each project is about `100 crores .

We have also delivered more than 500 dwellings units in a plot of 8 acre in sector 106, Noida , known as I.T. Residency .

ON GOING PROJECT :

The company has been allotted land in sector 77,Noida where company is constructing 700 no. of Vaastu friendly dwelling units of 2 BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK and 5 BHK from 995sq feet to 3300 sq Feet with high end civic amenities like Power back up ,Swimming pool , Modern club house amphitheatre, Badminton court, Lawn Tennis Court, Gazebo, Skating ring, Play zone for kids, 3 Tier security and convenient shopping.

All flats are independent and four side open located on the four corners of the individual tower having no common wall to any other flat. Thus the whole complex makes the design very unique and gives the residents feeling of independent home with complete privacy. Including that of drawing room & dining room .

Shri V.K. Katiyar Managing Director of the company is visionary . He is energetic and young in his early forties. He is a post graduate and F.Tech from Australia.

Shri Katiyar hails from a prestigious, well -to -do and famous family of Rural area of District Kanpur U.P.

Having a rural back ground he realized the sufferings of poor strata of society.

After coming of age, helping the poor became his passion . He started social service by helping poor people in his area through Educational Institute. The Institute are being managed by him and his family.

The institute is having Arts & Science courses for Graduates & Post Graduates classes and Management Faculty separately.

At present there are about 11000 students which are being charged with the minimum possible fees.

Shri Katiyar is also running a special educational Institute at Pukrayan Distt. Kanpur for B.Ed. Special for disabled students under the ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment department of disability Govt. of India .

Influenced by his father Shri Katiyar diversified his interest into the real estate industry. He took the responsibility `and formed the A.V.P. Group to forge strong and experienced marketing team. He is entrusted with challenging responsibilities of Media and marketing along with envisioning, Commercial and Retail Sector projects which he drives forward with much aplomb.

Company had already completed the 60 percent of construction work in all towers of project and is almost in state of completion.

Company had already spent in construction work Rs 100 crores .

We spent Rs. 25 crores approx in purchase of land till now further to spent Rs. 30 crore.
